One of my friend had paid a drunk & drive charges to police .but they issued a receipt for rash driving.But as per the Law G.O Ms.No2701.fine amount should be paid only in the court. No amount should be collected by Police. it's an offence & and it's a pribe.the police which they are issuing a notice is called polce notice in the back side of that notice they have mentioned clearly.....
