i was on my way to college on my bike with my friend and i was suddenly stopped by a police havaldar and asked me to show my license n all other documents but eventually he found that my PUC was expired a month ago so he asked me to pay fine of 300 INR. I agreed to pay fine but he told me that i have to pay 1200 fine now itself and he would give me a receipt upon which i would have to submit it to the court to get my license back, as i was frightened by his words mentioning i would have to go to the court n all and i dont want to get in to this matter of courts n lawyers etc i paid him the bribe of 100 and settle down the matter. Later when i searched online for the fines or penalties i found that he fooled me by giving the fake procedure to which i i got frightened and paid him the bribe. I felt very bad that i paid the bribe to such a useless constable and was fooled because i didn't knew any rules regarding this fines. Its my request to other peoples to go through the fines or penalties chart issued by RTO.
