I am basically from Rajasthan. I study in NIT Waranagl. I heard from someone that it is very difficult to make a passport at home, so i applied here. After one week a police officer came to check and asked for Rs. 300. I asked to him "Why do u take bribes"? He said "If u don't give bribe then i will just keep your application under the table and you will not get your passport". He further told me that this money will be distributed among every officers in our branch. He comes once in a week and i think he takes around Rs. 2000 every time from the college students.I am ashamed of myself that i gave bribe to him.
