I was student and got my mark sheet with Hindi subject but i gave exam with English but mark sheet came as i gave Hindi exam, so it was mistake from education board of Allahabad so i went to change my mark sheet there and had to pay to correct my mark sheet in English in 1996, I was so upset to pay bribe but i had to otherwise they are just not moving to help me.
I am hoping now days they don't do at least with students who are the back bone of the country.
