Either pay the bribe or do not get the work done

I paid bribe which I was not willing to as I was told that if I do not pay the bribe my property can not be registered. I know in UP , bribe has become the birthright of officers. Most of the people look for a sarkaari naukari beacuse they there are enormous chances of becoming rich overnights by taking the bribe.
