Error in name

I needed my daughters birth certificate in urgency and the lady said to pay 500 and the work will be done. She gave the certificate in 3 days with error in name. Now this error created a whole lot of problems. The municipal corporation computers got stuck or i dont know what, for 10 days........and everyday they said that it will be done tomorrow tomorrow..it was most irritating..since that lady took a bribe from before,we were lucky she didnt ask for more or we had to because it was a big error..
