I was traveling on utkal from ********** to Kharagpur and was W/L 2 or 3 and was sure that I will get a confirmed seat when W/L moves but to my surprise people lower than me on W/L will go to TC and come back with an alloted bearth. By morning I could understand that i will not get a bearth without paying a bribe
