We purchased a house in chennai in the month of March. When we went to municipality to change the property name change he was asking to get some documents and DD in favour of Municipality. After we gave the required doc & DD he was asking to bring some more doc and he asked us to get signature from someone. The mentioned persone was not in his seat. the first person told that he will be in some other office to go and come back he asked money. after 2 week we went for the update that time he was searching for our file and he told that our file was missing and asked us to come on next day.we went next day also but the file was not ready..we went multiple times till today but we have not got the name changed.
