Every Year We have to pay a bribe to get our TDS money .....every year i pay almost 20000.

• Income Tax

• Paid INR 20,000

Our clients have to deduct TDS. And we have to submit forms in income tax returns. we get the refund orders but this takes about 1 year. imagine govt using my money like a amount of 400000 approx. for a year and then even after a year we are forced to pay 5% of that TDS amount to get the refund orders.
If we don't pay it then i don't know how much time it takes to get the return orders....
