Excess fare ticket
As per my knowledge, if any individual travelling with an open ticket and if he ask for reservation to TTE, either he should get ticket or he has to leave the reserved coach, but in my case i was looted by TTE itself.
travelling trivandrum to kollam jn is 65 km for which i paid rs.25 for ticket, Rs.50 for reservation and Rs.250 Penalty for which i got ticket named as luggage freight charges(carrying only one college bag),
And as per my knowledge, a traveller can lodge a compliant against anyone to TTE itself, and for which he has to issue the FIR note, but i was unsucessful on that also.
