I have seen railway officials taking bribe openely at Mumbai Central railway station. Where railway staff takes extra money for providing seats. This is done very openely without any fear. Staff deputed on Rajdhani and Shatabddi trains, makes around 25000-35000 in each trip by allowing passangers to travel without ticket and pay them the cost of ticket.
