Respected Madam / Sir,
I (Ayaz Mahmood -09935132020) started my journey holding ticket AC2tier WL5,with the permission of TTE who get on from Varanasi and get down at Allahabad, Coach A1, My PNR no-6519921310, Date of journey-25/06/13, Train no-16360, Ticket no-73894422, Class-AC 2tier, Destination-From –Mughal Sarai jn to Ernakulum.
He gave me berth in Ac3 tier upto Tirupaty that to by charging sum of rupees 1000/= of which he did not gave me low class certificate and receipt for the same But he said I have written on your ticket, when you show this ticket you will get refund from the current ticket counter.
Anyway I did not get the refund but I paid to the govt 2830/= for Ac2 tier ticket 1000/- For TTE who got on from Varanasi and get down at Allahabad and I was forced to travel in Ac 3 Tier And the TTE did not gave me low class certificate.
The TTE did the same thing with one or more passengers, he charged 500 to 600 Rupees to Ac passengers, one of the passenger is Mr Rajkumar, PNR- 6520806039, Varanasi to Coimbatore. Every time he does the same thing, he sells the vacancy without clearing the RAC tickets.
Sir please take action against him, so that no one can cheated by that TTE.
Again a new incident I witness.
Dated of Journey 20/08/2013, PNR No-612-1934787, Same train no, Same TTE of A1 Coach, I was holding a WL/3 RAC/56 M38, Sleeper Ticket, He (A1TTE) Came to sleeper class and gave conformation eight tickets of waiting list @ 300/= Per ticket in front of me without clearing RAC tickets.
When I asked him, he said no vacancy. This is his main black business.
Please consider and find the same and do the needful.

One more thing I want to add- now a days Unich (Hijda, Chakka) Are creating menace to passenger they are getting in the train in gang and asking money forcibly in most of the trains no-16360-16359 .
