EXTRA FEES IN ENGINEERING COLLEGE

I am the student of engineering college. College has total 1500 students. Recently we have paid exam fees. Actual fees according to university is 600 for 1,2,3 rd years and 800 for 4th years. But college exam cell has taken 100 more from each student. I inquired in other colleges and they charged only rs.5 for postal costs. When i asked about this in my college, they argued and trended that "you will be fail in exam if you argue more". The extra money from students is 1,50,000 for each semester. How big fraud it is?. Even our chairman has given warning and was seriousness, there is no change in people in examination branch.
