I mean this has got to be the limit of any torture being applied to a man………I am ashamed that I paid a bribe of a meager rs 500 for the purpose of getting a birth certificate in july 2010 but I got it in january 2011…………I mean there should be a least amount of gratitude shown in this act of bribery. Even after taking a bribe they don’t work I have got to say India is in a pathetic state. First they issued me a certificate which didn’t have my name so I was asked to take a notary from my father that he is my father but to my surprise next time the certificate came without my father’s name and I was asked to give a notary stating that he is my father and I was born to him…..should I laugh or cry????????i hope u change the face of India charred or laced with corruption!!!!!!!! Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
