After getting the signature from the inspector they asked me to go into the room to take a photo in the thiruvanmiyur rto. After taking the photo he asks me for 50 rupees and gives me a receipt which was written in tamil and he simply writes my name on it. The receipt is a armed forces fund day receipt valid till 2012. He did not even say what it was for. Unacceptable.
