Needed it done in a timely fashion. Took a agent from the hospital (Rs. 500), who took us to the office responsible. The municipal officer refused outright to do it, was very rude, said he was too busy, and to come back in a week or two. I would have left, but the agent insisted we hang around. Rs. 2500/- and he gave us 5 copies. Took about 2 hours.
