FEE IS Rs.450 but school demands for Rs.850/months.

My daughter is in ISHWAR SARAN GIRLS INTER COLLEGE.the monthly fee of school is Rs.450,but the department takes Rs.850/months as fee from every students and gives the recipt of Rs.450/months.They have appointed private teachers in the school to teach the students,thats why they take extra money from students and they torcher students to not bring their parents regarding this(this) matter otherwise they will be explled from the school .This is a govt.school and all these things are happening in this way.Parents sre scared for their students so they do not complaint against this.So please do some thing .........i am also hopeless due to my daughter....
