Feeding Continously........
Iam paying 300rs for every 6months to local V.R.O. and R.I.(Revenue Inspector) to get OBC certificate in favour of my brother from mandal revenue office of kallur mandal.....inspite of showing evry required document like college transfer certificate,corect identity proof,raion card etc enclosing all releven documents correctly..i have to pay 300rs to get a sign only, if i dont pay they just say sir is not available come tommorow......wat should i do i dont have time to move around the office for this purpose.....i tried two times to complaint against them bt i seen no effect regarding same......
