Hi,
I have given 8000 Rs for Scholarship and fee return , It was around 60000, but i got to know that if you wanted fee return then i will have to pay 8000 Rs. from my college there were 100 Students and every one is doing the same thing. I went to the office and registered my name with all college mates and given the money to the clerk and he said you will get it soon. that was for all the category ,General / OBC/ SC/ST . After some time i got my fee return then got to know ,the were chagrin the same amount of money to all the colleges of Noida and Greater Noida and Ghaziabaad and right now it would be around 40-50000 Student . then i realized that this is a chain and i dont know who is on top . Clerk is small fish of the pond . so i refused to complain.
Same case with Ghaziabaad Social welfare office.
