I applied reissue of passport on tatkal scheme. later I Got a call from Police station (********** bhima nagar)for Passport verification. I gave all the documents per instrucitons and answered all his questions. At the end shamelessly he asked the fees. I thougt that it would be fifty rupees and gave hime fivr ten rupee notes and he rejected and said that I will earn so much and i should give atleast some decent amount. he siad if it is to be done fast i need to give money.. sadly the person who came before me gave 250 ruppes and he expected the same from me.. i had no option but it give since i needed passport reissued 'cos company asked me to travel. Afer that I got SMS from Post office that the passport has come to my home address. sicne nobody will be at home whne the postman comes, i went to post office and got the phone number of the postman. i called postman and he asked me to come to the place where he is.. there i had to pay 100 rupees.. I don't understand why they beg.. and misuse our dependency...
