FIR registered, but still no summon from the court.

On 6 june 2009 my complaint was received only after I informed to the higher official and FIR was registered after I paid Rs.3000. But still I have not yet received any summon from the court. I don't know, the FIR was filled in the court or not. SOMETIMES PAYING BRIBE IS HORRIBLE WASTE.
These officials are worst than the criminals.
