I booked an apartment in Thiruporur Chennai, and it was about for registration. I was informed by my Constructor on how much DD - needed to be taken during the ********** of registration which i did. When i saw all the process was over after sigingin the sale agreement and biometrics process. I was asked for 2000 Rupees. When questioned he said its the formalities. I quite didnt realise what it is and the constructor forcefully took 2000 from me though i hesistated for hours. I was in all joy for registering my first flat out of my savings, but came home with a sad heart, this is the first time i have bribed some one. Not to my willingness. I hope something changes soon
