For 30/- ECG paid bribe of 20/-
- Health and Family Welfare
- Government Hospital
- Paid INR 20
Victoria Hospital is a government hospital in Bangalore.
To get a ECG done the cost is 30/-.
When we go to get the ECG done the two ladies in the ECG Room demand 30/- to be paid, only then they will issue the report.
I negotiated and paid 20/-. What a shame? For a Medical Test in a Goverment Hospital we need to pay as much as bribe as is the bill value. And they ensure that they collect bribe from all patients visiting them.
This way the ECG administration staff makes as much or more bribe money than the government collects as bill value.
Such staff should be raided, suspended and stripped of their retirement benefits, and put in jail.
