Forced Bribe Paid to Vehicle Registration Magistrate

I baught a new car, i went to register my car ( innova), an agent approached me for the bribe to be paid to the signing authority other wise they will harress you for many documents etc. instead of all hassels just pay them Rs.2000 and they didnt even ask my residence proof. it is shame that we sacrifies and create holes in security system for just Rs. 2000
