We went to architech to draw the house plan as per the present GOno 80 norms by leaving the sufficient setbacks on all the sides. Even after having everything as per the rule we were still forced to pay the bride to prisident, EO and clerk in the Panchayat office in dommaiguda near Nagaram ECIL area. our file was kept at office with our giving the permission for 3 months, after paying the bribe only they sanctioned the plan. we didn't have anything deviating in the plan but still got troubled a lot. There are so many buildings in that area are constracted by not following the rules, all those people are also migh have paid so much in amount as bribe. Even after paying the bribe we are still having problems from those people, they are still expecting us to pay again and again asking us to give two thousand / one thousand / atleast five hundered.
