I was using my in-laws car at hyderabad. At lower tank bund, while i was driving with my family, traffic police stopped my car and found black-film on it. He asked me that penalty is Rs.1000/- for which I was ready to pay but he was not willing to challan it. Instead he started finding different faults in the car and kept on adding penalty money.
I ultimately paid 500 bribe to stop his nuisance.

Felt bad but i found no other way to stop his cumulative-ness.
