We were on bike with a single person with helmet ON. But we believe its not mandatory to wear double person helmet in Gaziabad region. We were chased by a traffic policeman near Pacific Mall around 9.30 PM on Saturday Aug 4, 2012 and forced to pay 100 bucks without telling the reason for fine and without any reciept. And in addition the policeman himself was not wearing helmet.
