Forced to pay..after 3 regular attempts

I was out of college and about to get driving license.As normal college student I was against bribe.I went thrice to RTO office..but nothing happened. Everybody there laughed at me, my parents scolded me for wasting time as i have to go back chennai for my first job...so i paid bribe and got license without appearing.It was sweet experience,those officers are beggers, if you think.
