Mr. Kamal Babu and another accomplice of his at KR Puram RTO is forcing everyone who is appearing for LL test (the ones who failed their first attempt) to pay 100 rupees and then they themselves are clearing the test on behalf of the candidate. Even if candidate says that they will give the test on their own, the official is not permitting without paying the bribe.
