Forced to pay bribe in Taluk office Tiruvannamalai Tamil Nadu

Registrar, Surveyor, Agents in the Taluk Office everyone is involved. They are fixing a minimum bribe of 20000 for Registrar and other people also add their share when we go for any registrations. They are threatening that, if we don't bribe we will be running for months and they will keep making us wait or reject the documents by saying that it has missing documents.

The most ironic thing is the agent mentions that they are paying a cut to IT people and other higher ups so that even though this is happening in daylight, no one will question these people.
