Forgot my Vehicle insurance

I stopped at the Lb Nagar signal approx at 10:00 am in morning.One traffic police guy taken my key out my bike and asked me to come to side. He checked vehicle documents and my insurance document was missing. Then he asked me to bribe him or he will ask his Superior to write a challan which costs me 500.
