GAS CONNECTION TRANSFER AND A NEW CYLINDER

The gas connection was in my fathers name, he had expired and i wanted to get transferred to my name as there was no nominee appointed by him.the manager at the dealer asked for 200 for affidavit plus 700 for other formalities totally for the transfer expenditure incurred was 2400/-

additionally for new cylinder it is 1250/- but they took 3200/- RS .
