I have paid bribe of Rs.1000/- as advance to get a B-Khata for my apartment. That too it is not under the table transaction BBMP guys negotiate for the bribe in center of office in the day light without any embarrassment. Also they boldly say that in BBMP nothing will move or no signature can be obtained from any officials without paying.
My humble request to the finance minister is that why don't you make this official and get the service tax & income tax from these guys, all these money is going as black money.
