To apply for passport i was suppose to have birth certificate for this i approached a district lawyer and appeared in the civil court to approve my birth date and place. It took 15days for them to issue the court order but the lawyer submitted the court grant copy to the Anekal Taluk office without my knowledge and i was only given a challan copy which was suppose to be submitted to the Secretary of my area (hebbagodi) but he asked me to get the court granted copy and also provided me with a contact detail of an officer, he made me to wait for 3 months with every possible excuse each day and on 31st Jan 2014 he demanded bribe of INR 3000, since i had no option had to pay him the bribe.
