In order to get my scholarship I need to produce caste certificate. once the application is deposited it should be sanctioned in not more than 1 month. But a local broker, who is having contract with vro and mro asked me 500 to forward my application. I have only 2 days to submit my application to **********. Actually i didnt want to pay the bribe but seeing my family condition I paid it and got my scholarship.
