To get my passport which I applied by Thatkal scheme.

I applied passport in thatkal scheme. For that scheme I need to provide an ID. But I dont have any at that time. So they rejected my Application. Then I asked can I give my college bonafied with my college ID card. They accepted it but after bribing them.
