The first digit of the traffic timer was not working. So after going to 3-2-1-0 seconds, it was suppose to go green. But it again became 9-8-7-6.. etc. Unfortunately I crossed the light and my driving licence was surrendered against a receipt. I went the said office 4-5 weeks later to get my licence back. Where I paid this amount extra instead of geniune Rs.100/- i.e. toatal I paid 400/-.
