Getting Driving Licence without bribe is worst thing!!

I applied for driving licence at RTO office with all documents they demanded. But when I submitted that documents they demanded some more documents. After submitting that documents they told officer is not available. And I had to start number of round trips to RTO office. Still I could not get licence.
Finally, I paid Rs. 300 to one of agent and I got my driving licence within month.
Actually, there is big scam and ********** in this bribe. When we go to RTO office, we see that there are near about 30-35 agents who do their business(bull ********** job!). One of them told me that this money is divided into all of this chin. Its totally horrible!!
