My wife got absent in university markshhet in place of 26 marks out of 50.I got attendence sheet form her college and show it university office.He wanted rs. 100 for new marksheet.But it was againg the mark sheet of fail.He said your wife fail and get 0 marks, i can not show her copy due to main the confidence of university functioning. He suggest me to go confidential department to ********** one person who could show exam copy by getting few rupees.
