I went to collect my sons birth certificate from the ghmc office located at abids after the relevant details were submitted a week before. When i went and asked for the certificate he checked in his system and confirmed its availability. Then he said it will take five days since i needed it urgently i asked him if theres any tatkal kind of thing and he laughs and takes me out of the office and demands 600rs. I was in dire need i paid and got the certificate in 15min. But I was quite angry on having to pay a bribe and not confident of receiving any help from any quarter.
