Dear all, am Seetharaman living in Chennai for the last 7 yrs since I have bought my own house. I went to apply for the Patta name transfer last week with VAO of my area. He has given lot of reasons to collect money from me to process my Patta name transfer application form. So, I have given 5000 INR to Ayyappakkam VAO on 12th August evening. I got a call from VAO on 14th August evening confirming that he has completed my application processing and all the formalities with Tashildar officers also done and he has asked me to bring another 5000 INR to collect my Patta then, I got shocked. Now, am not planning to pay even single rupees to collect my Patta and also this Patta paper is not very urgent one for me now so, am not going to meet him to collect the paper.
