Being a student who need medical certificate for immunization for joining abroad university I went to get immunization at IIT health center. Got immmunization, got signature from the doctor was thanking and going my way out doctor asked 200 bucks which I had to give to his compounder in another room (not in his hand, bribing with an assistant). Anyway I gave it, wanted to report it but was in rush to get out of country.
