Government Officers Hungry for Bribe
Hello,
Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
Regarding: Bribe taken by ********** Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. (H/Q)
I applied Industrial Power New Connection 10 H.P. in January 2012.
January 2012 to March 2012 Department made me crazy by run here and there, at the end of March Mr.G.P.********** asked from me 7000 rs. as Bribe and I paid that amount in the office of H.O.D. Mr.Rajiv Kalra in ********** Nagar, Loni - 2, Ghaziabad.
On June 2012 Mr.Rawat and Mr.********** and Third person who’s name they did not mentioned me in the office of J.E. of Ghaziabad ( S.K.********** ) asked from me 5000 rs. as Bribe and I paid them too on the 16 June 2012.
Till today I don't knew where is my documents, and now they are asking me total 1,60,000 rs. and saying within one month you will get your new connection.
When I refused to give this much amount J.E. of Ghaziabad ( Mr.S.K.********** ) himself told me that he can’t issue me a new connection because my Pollution Certificate and my Industrial License are fake.
I am having the entire required document's which shows that I paid the amount as Bribe.
