Once I had to take my wife to GH Chennai, as she was refered by MH. On reception I was told to go to the general doctor, though I was refered to the specialist. The huge rush over the place and her sickness made me puzzled. I told her to be in line but there was no control over the situation. We did not know Tamil and hence she was puzzled what to do. Finaly, after one hour of queuing up, i had to pay Rs 10 to the safaiwala to enter without line.
