Hello,

i paid a bribe to revenue inspector on ********** 29, 2008. Actually i completed graduation and i got a job in campus placements. As per the company's requirement, i have to take my passport while joining. for that i need a residence certificate. when i went to revenue office and requested the same, they said that you have got a job, 200 rs is not a big deal for you. so I had to pay the bribe as I was in very urgent requirement then.

I am an graduate and they are asking me the bribe directly without any hesitation. what about the illeterate people?
