Habitual bribery

• Franking of Sale and Construction Agreement
• Paid INR 10

I am left with no option but to pay bribes for everything in Karnataka. Even yesterday i paid a bribe of Rs 10/-(Service charges) for E-stamping a rent agreement in Stamp paper in Sub-treasury in Bangalore. If u don't pay they wont Estamp but raise many objections.

I Feel there is no walks of life where u can get things done without paying bribes...
