Had to pay bribe for learners liscnce

• New Domestic Driving License
• Paid INR 1,200

They didn't even checked whether i can drive or not! though i can,they take bribes through lots of agents/broker(dalal) standing just outside office,otherwise they mostly try to reject applicant if applicant is not coming through any agent
