I was caught by a lady traffic police just because I was shifting my mobile from shirt pocket to trouser and put a charge on me that I was talking on phone which riding a bike. After that I was told that I have to give 300/- as fine to her. I didn't have that much money with me. So I was told by that lady, that she'll hold the license with her only, then I will get a letter of notice, then I'll have to be present in court. In all that process it'll take 3 months for me get my license back. To avoid all this I had to settle the issue by giving 100/-.
