Had to pay bribe for Rs.20,000 for property registration

Yesterday (12th Dec,2018) I went for registration of my property in Byatarayanapura SRO. My property value is Rs.100,10,000/- and I registered the property on the full purchase value.

Still I had to shell out Rs.20,000/- where I got the receipt of Rs.5000 and remaining amount for bribe
