Harassed by baggage helpers at Mumbai International airport arrivals.

I suppose baggage helpers are meant to help people in need like the old or couple with small children but yet they get together as a gang and corner you and make you pay USD not just rupees for helping you with bags. And almost forcing you that they will clear customs for you when one has nothing to declare. So these baggage handlers are hand in glove with custom officials and they all need to be sacked.
